Electric Daisy Carnival (EDC) China 2023 has been canceled as Typhoon Bebinica is projected to make landfall in Suzhou during the festival dates of September 15-16. The decision was made to ensure the safety of attendees, artists, and staff.

Typhoon Details
Due to Typhoon Bebinica intensifying to sustained winds of about 75 miles per hour—the equivalent of a Category 1 hurricane—and its expected impact on Suzhou, the city has activated its Typhoon Defense Emergency plan. In response, Insomniac, the festival organizer, is complying with local authorities by canceling the event, stating, “We understand how much this festival means to you, and we share in your disappointment.”
