Movement Detroit 2025 Reveals Stage Lineups and New Underground Music Academy Showcase
Movement Detroit is gearing up for one of its most exciting years yet, and the full stage-specific lineups for 2025 have officially been revealed.

As usual, each stage will carry its own flavor: Movement Stage, Stargate Stage, Underground Stage, Pyramid Stage, Detroit Stage, and the Waterfront Stage, now sponsored by JARS Cannabis. The big news this year? For the first time ever, Wajeed’s Underground Music Academy will host its own showcase at Movement, taking over the Detroit Stage on Sunday.

In keeping with tradition, Movement enlisted Detroit’s finest to curate this year’s showcases. Carl Craig’s Detroit Love will command the Stargate Stage on Saturday, while Kevin Saunderson’s KMS Records heads to the Pyramid Stage on Sunday. DJ Minx’s House Your Life will then close things out on Monday with a full-day takeover at the Pyramid Stage.

Movement Detroit, which first launched as the Detroit Electronic Music Festival in 2000, has become a pilgrimage for fans of underground electronic music from around the world. This year’s edition is stacked with a deep lineup featuring Jeff Mills, Sama’ Abdulhadi, Ben UFO, Stacey Pullen, Nina Kraviz, Claude VonStroke, and many more.
