The End of Genesys
Ingrosso was scheduled to perform on the penultimate night of Anyma’s groundbreaking residency, “The End of Genesys,” at the state-of-the-art $2.3 billion Sphere venue. The show has now confirmed Mathame, the Italian electronic music duo, as his replacement for the night.
“Unfortunately, due to personal health reasons, I am unable to perform at Sphere on January 10th,” Ingrosso shared via an Instagram Story earlier today. “Thankfully, Mathame will be filling in for me to support Anyma and Afterlife. Have a great show, and I hope to be back on my feet soon.”
Ingrosso’s Cancellation
Ingrosso’s withdrawal marks a significant change for Anyma’s residency, which has been a historic moment for the Sphere, making Anyma the venue’s first-ever electronic music headliner. Ingrosso had been one of the most prominent artists to grace the series, joining an impressive lineup that included Tiësto, Charlotte de Witte, and Keinemusik’s Rampa.
