Kygo and Palm Tree Crew Bring a Tropical Oasis to the Las Vegas Strip
Palm Tree Beach Club, a brand-new tropical destination, is set to open this summer at MGM Grand Las Vegas, becoming the new home for Kygo and other artists during their residencies. The 60,000-square-foot venue, formerly Wet Republic, has been transformed by TAO Group and the Palm Tree Crew into a vibrant oasis for dance music lovers.

Slated to open in May 2025, Palm Tree Beach Club promises a state-of-the-art experience with a ground-level stage, a saltwater pool, 12 luxurious bungalows, 10 cabanas, daybeds, and more. The space, reimagined by the Rockwell Group, blends festival vibes with boutique hospitality to create a one-of-a-kind destination for fans flocking to Sin City.
“We constantly innovate and strive to be at the forefront of hospitality. When the prospect of creating a new venue with Kygo, Myles Shear, and their Palm Tree Crew brand presented itself, we jumped at the opportunity to bring a boutique, festival-style experience to the Las Vegas market,” said Jason Strauss, Co-CEO of TAO Group Hospitality.
Palm Tree Crew’s Vision
Founded by Kygo and Myles Shear, the Palm Tree Crew has built a reputation for delivering curated lifestyle and global experiences. From hosting Palm Tree Music Festivals in Lake Tahoe, Aspen, and The Hamptons to developing streetwear with PUMA, the brand has become synonymous with tropical-inspired luxury.
This announcement also marks Kygo’s departure from Wynn Nightlife, where he previously headlined a long-standing residency. While additional artist lineups and events at Palm Tree Beach Club are still to be announced, fans can expect a mix of world-class DJs and live performances.
