The 2024 Lost Lands festival in Ohio has confirmed the deaths of two attendees in separate incidents. The festival, which took place from September 20-22, ended tragically with both cases currently under investigation.

Details
One of the victims, James Phromphanh, 34, passed away during the weekend. His family has initiated a GoFundMe to help bring his body back to Texas. The second victim, a 27-year-old male, has not yet been publicly named.
The exact causes of death are currently unknown, and toxicology reports are pending to determine whether drugs or alcohol played a role. Festival organizers stressed that these deaths were not related to vehicle incidents and have asked for privacy for the families.

Separate Incident
In a separate event, Noah Curtis, 24, was arrested after allegedly driving his vehicle into several tents, injuring two people, one of whom was hospitalized with a broken hip. Curtis has been charged with aggravated vehicular assault.
Lost Lands organizers expressed deep sorrow over the deaths, reiterating that attendee safety remains a top priority.
